"$6 can buy many donuts." "Explain how." "Money can be exchanged for goods and services." "Woohoo!"

Work was okay today but I was mondo tired. At least the problem I had yesterday was just me being idiotic with my Perforce settings. Anyway. After work Mark and I went to bus to IZ. We left Pacmed at 6pm on the shuttle. We got to the bus stop at 6:11. WE WAITED FOREVER FOR A BUS TO SHOW UP. The 214 was due at 6:16, the 554 at 6:25. At 6:35 the 554 finally showed up like "the 214 is right behind me!" So we waited... UNTIL LIKE 6:50pm. Ugh. So we got to IZ around 7:30pm. Dave was already there waiting for us. Tada was there too. (Later on Hyunsuk and his wife were there, and George-the-guy-I-met-with-Keevon-and-people was there too and I talked to him a bit. I think Tim-from-Kenmore was there but I barely recognize him.) Yeah, so we hung out playing Bemani games for a few hours. Dave's friend John from Microsoft was also around and he played some games and then his timecard ran out (He also asked me if I was an intern at MS or Amazon :) ). We did some session, which was only a minor disaster :) At one point we did do sorta-super-session - I took KBM, Mark took drums, and Dave played guitar with Tada (who kept saying "LOOK I AM BETTER THAN THE REST OF YOU" and I almost smacked him). It's good to have KBM back though.

I did get my 5th Heavy SDG (La Copa De La Vida, 7), and my 101st AA (Dam Dariram, 38), and I got Mark's legs all tangled up on Sync Oni. :)

Afterwards, Dave drove us all home. We stopped by Krispy Kreme first (mmmmmm), ate a dozen donuts among four people in the car in about five minutes, quoted a whole bunch of Simpsons and random movies in the car, and saw a really scary car accident outside Dave's complex. It looked like the two cars must have collided head-on and spun out, one of their fenders had been flung across the street. By the time we were heading out to drop off John, there were a ton of cops and stuff around! It was kinda wacky. Anyway, Dave gave me and Mark rides home too. Hopefully his car's okay...

I still need to find someone to go with me to the Mariners game on Sunday afternoon, preferably one who can give me a ride to Kirkland afterwards.

I am listening to Poodle Hat at long last. Don't ask why I put it off so much. ANYWAY. You know what? I think it's okay. Not great but not bad. Some high points so far. I also think that the second half of the album has been a LOT funnier than the first half (and I'm up to "Ebay", track 11). Oh well. Maybe it'll grow on me with a second listen...
