jcreed: The trick question to root out a fake computer scientist
Actually, I really liked reading this story for some reason, even though I felt bad for the author.
And it reminded me of "NDP comics? I thought it said NP Comics!"
Also, a day late: HAPPY 25th BIRTHDAY KEVIN!!!!! (
buoren that is). Can you believe it's been 5 years since that infamous Gullifty's dinner and the "How do you react when people sing to you in a restaurant?" scam?
(happy birthday to Becky and Kat and kconnors and all too, of course :) )

but yeah... when someone tells me they know about computer science, I can usually figure out pretty quickly whether or not they're lying. which is why it's so great when I meet other people who actually do know about CS stuff and laugh (or groan) at all my jokes :)
At last, confirmation of what I always suspected ...
Great link. Course you got me worried ... I'm gonna hafta grill my girlfriend about whether she really is a graphics designer tomorrow ...
Hope you're doing well ... it's been a while since we chatted. =-)
