Wow, there are two Kiltie games in November (the 2nd and the 16th). If Capture the Stuff with Flags happened on either of those weekends, I would just *have* to come back to Pittsburgh for a weekend.

This is, of course, assuming USAirways doesn't go under between now and then. But, I think I will sort of earmark some time in November for coming to CMU regardless. The redeye and time zones actually work really well for me to come back for 3 days of a weekend and just have to miss Friday of work.

Do you recommend any web sites for finding low air fares? I would like to visit CMU at least once this semester, and I could see you another time that would be an extra bonus. :)

i've mostly been using travelocity. I don't like the idea of the ones (expedia?) where you don't know what time your flight is until you book it...

my associates tell me that neither weekend works, so we'll most likely have CtSwF the weekend between those two. pooh. Obviously, we need to change these Kiltie games around...

why do neither weekend work? i figured the first one might be halloween, but the second one is smack-dab in the middle of november, CTF season...

this and that - not good enough reasons (some of them), but they give me these really evil looks. I haven't checked with many people yet, so we may end up doing it at a good time. I hope so, at least.

:( I mean, I guess I could just plan to come up for a random weekend in November anyway... and either hit Kiltie or CTF... but it'd be neat if they coincided. I mean, in theory, it should be planned far more than 3 weeks in advance anyway, to give people time to publicize it and talk to the cops and all, right?
