Ugh

So, the summer, especially July, was Season of Bugs here -- I was getting eaten alive even in my house, let alone whenever I went outdoors, and there were crawly things all over the place, it seemed.

That kind of tapered off once I got back from the US.

Now, out of nowhere, it's Season of Bugs again, only rather than being the bug-bite kind they seem to be the crawling-around-looking-for-your-foods kind. After not seeing a bug in the house for a pretty long time, today I not only killed a big cockroach but have also squished at least 3-4 small bugs that have been crawling/flying in my room.

What gives? It's OCTOBER, dammit.

Fleeing the cold? I dunno, I don't think I've seen that happen before.

It's October, yeah, but it's also reaching 28C for a high down here. Autumn? What autumn?

That said, augh cockroaches :p
