I have a lot to write about the last few days, but I haven't had time to write because I've been swamped at school and then I've been spending the evenings at the Tokyo Dome the last three days. Tomorrow is also going to be a swamped day at school, and I have a feeling when I get home tomorrow night I am more likely to crash than to journal. I did document the coolest thing to happen to me this week, though, which was my friend Tsuji giving me a signed Shota Ohno ball that he caught after the game on Wednesday, because "you're a much bigger Ohno fan than I will ever be".
A few weeks ago I posted a midterm exam thingy I wrote about "I have never seen Hichori hit a home run in person." Well, tonight he hit one. Can't wait to tell my students that at school. Hope they don't ask how to put it into past perfect tense.
